1. BASKETBALL - Congratulations Panthers for their wins over Pine Bluff last night!!!! The girls won 48-41 and the boys won 46-29!!! Way to go Panthers!!!! Thursday February 6th Pulaski Heights plays Lacey Academy at 5:30 at Lacey. Go support our Panthers and cheer them on to victory!!!!
2. VALENTINE'S DANCE - The school valentine dance is on Friday, February 7th from 6:00 until 7:30 in the school cafeteria. It will cost $2.00 at the door.
3. BLACK HISTORY EVENTS - There will be a Black History question each Tuesday morning. Answers to the question should be written down and given to the media center by Thursday for a chance to win a gift card. A name will be drawn from the correct answers and announced during Friday's morning announcement.

Stakeholders,
Codes to access student's individual ATLAS scores are now available for distribution. On the afternoon of Monday, February 3rd, students received these codes during their 6B class. Parents can use these codes to review 2024 scores and, when available, 2025 scores.

Pulaski Heights Middle School FBLA showed their hard work and dedication at the District V FBLA leadership conference last Friday! PHMS won first place for the largest chapter, as well as first place for largest chapter membership market share! Our members also placed top 5 in 18 events!!! Additionally, CT Nicholson earned the Outstanding Leader Award, and Evelyn White was elected new FBLA District V President! Congratulations, Panthers! We look forward to competing again at the FBLA State Leadership Conference in April!

LRSD achieves significant milestone based on latest ATLAS assessment results/cut scores. Div. of Elem&Sec. Ed at ADE announced that LRSD has surpassed the performance threshold outlined by the State & will no longer be required to participate in quarterly Act 1082 check-ins.

Good morning, LRSD families,
Out of an abundance of caution and after consultation with surrounding districts, LRSD’s Safety and Security team, First Student Transportation, and the National Weather Service, LRSD will close schools and offices on Thursday and Friday, January 9-10, 2025, due to anticipated inclement weather. Forecasters predict significant freezing/snow conditions moving into our area starting tomorrow. All athletic events are also canceled. In making weather-related decisions, LRSD prioritizes the safety of students and staff.
LRSD staff, please monitor your emails for additional instructions from our Human Resources Department.
As a reminder, LRSD will keep staff and families updated through our App, social media platforms, website, LRSD TV, and our traditional media partners. Stakeholders are encouraged to download the free LRSD App so they never miss a message from the district.
