🚨 Traffic Alert for LRSD Families! Please be aware that some bus routes may experience delays this afternoon due to the Razorback game tonight at War Memorial Stadium. We've highlighted the affected routes and schools in the attached graphic. Plan ahead and thank you for your understanding!
We want to inform you that due to the AR vs. PB game kickoff at 6:30 PM tomorrow, August 29th, and the associated tailgating off Fair Park, some afternoon bus routes may experience delays (specifically 38B route). Additionally, given our proximity to War Memorial, I expect car traffic to be significantly heavier as well. The increased traffic is expected to affect routes to and from Pulaski Heights Elementary. LRSD’s transportation partner is working with drivers to navigate around the congestion, but please anticipate potential delays in the afternoon. This may impact both elementary and secondary schools along those routes. If you wish to change how your child gets home tomorrow (8/29), please call 501-447-5900 between 7:15 am and 2:15 pm tomorrow. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we manage these traffic challenges.
