Antwanette Smith (former Otter Creek parent) organized a First Responders’ Day at the school today! All students had the opportunity to interact with team members and operational vehicles from MEMS, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, and the Little Rock Fire Department.

Every Otter Creek student will get to choose 3 books to add to their home library!!! Students will also be participating in a reading challenge where prizes will be awarded!!!

Good Afternoon Otter Creek Elementary Family and Friends... One of our wonderful community partners and community churches (Life Church of Otter Creek) would like to help out this Thanksgiving. They will be gifting some of our families who may be in need with a complete Thanksgiving meal basket. This includes everything that you would need to make a yummy Thanksgiving meal.
If you are interested and are in need of a Thanksgiving Meal basket, please let me know by November 19, 2025 (no later than 2:00 pm) by clicking and filling out the Google Form https://forms.gle/R9qD1YRsHhYkLZ1S9.
We would love to serve the whole school community, but unfortunately there will be low quantities of these baskets. You will be in charge of picking up your basket from the school by November 21, no later than 2:45 pm.

October 27-31 is Red Ribbon and Bully Free Week! This week serves as a reminder for all schools across the nation to commit to drug/bullying prevention and education. It is an opportunity to encourage children to make a personal pledge to live drug and bully-free lives. Help our school raise awareness of the negative effects of drugs/ alcohol as well as bullying by participating in our RED RIBBON WEEK activities.
