Watson Families, We are excited to announce the upcoming promotion exercises for our Fifth-Grade and Kindergarten students. The ceremonies will be held on Thursday, May 23rd, for Fifth Graders and Friday, May 24th, for Kindergarteners. Both events will start at 10:00 a.m. and occur at Longley Baptist Church, 9900 Geyer Springs Rd, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209. Please ensure your child comes to school already dressed for the ceremony on their respective day. The school will provide transportation to the church. We kindly ask parents not to take students directly to the church to ensure a smooth process. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your child’s teacher or the school office.

Watson Families, Get ready for some fun! Field Day is tomorrow, Monday, May 20, 2024, from 9 AM to 1 PM. Students can sport their field day shirts with any school appropriate bottom. We'll have tickets for concessions available throughout the day. Plus, there are still a few field day shirts left for purchase

Just a reminder that Field Day is scheduled for this Friday, and we're excited to see everyone there, rain or shine! If you haven't yet, there's still a chance to grab one of our Field Day shirts—they're going fast! We're also seeking volunteers to help run the games. If you’re available, please let us know; any help would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, a reminder to parents of fifth graders and kindergarteners: Graduations are scheduled soon. Please ensure that your child’s graduation fees have been paid, they are dressed appropriately, and you know the graduation location. Thank you for your attention and cooperation!

The additional shirts for field have come in. They’re $20, and will be available on a first come first served basis.

Update: Our power was restored yesterday, and we will resume school today at our regularly scheduled time. Students entrance begins at 7:15am.

Good morning, Watson families! Don’t forget that our students are NWEA map testing today and tomorrow. It is extremely important that they’re at school on time with an opportunity to eat breakfast. Also, this is the final week to purchase field day shirts. Be sure you put your order in by Friday.

Today is the last day to secure your child seat for our school trip to Memphis. We have nine seats left, and students will meet the criteria and pay their $40 are eligible to attend.
