This is totally different from students shot record. It can be emailed or hand delivered to the nurse and must be signed by a licensed medical professional. At least from recently up to the past 2 years.

Student CANNOT attend school after this date if wellchild checkup or recent physical has not been turned into school nurse by this date. THIS FORM IS A PHYSICAL THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY A LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. This can date back to 2023 but a copy must be provided to the school nurse.

Parents, I'd like to inform you that Romine ECC was placed on lockdown by local police based on an incident in the neighborhood. All students and staff remained safe during the investigation of the incident. The situation was quickly handled by the Little Rock police department.
