Reminders:
1. Breakfast:7:30-8 AM
2. Students must arrive by 8:30 AM to not be counted absent. 5 Absences/ tardies of late pickups (after 2:45 PM) = student will be dropped.
3. A change of clothes & wear closed toe shoes.
Friendly Reminder about Romine ECC's Beautification Project as we partner with Saint Mark Baptist Church & the amazing Dr. Hobbs & her Master Gardener Team making positive changes. Please provide:
1. A change of clothes & under clothes for your student-leave with teacher.
2. A water bottle (optional) with students name.
3. AN AUTHORIZED PICK UP FORM for your student.
4. SUMMER SCHOOL pick up by 2:40 PM unless they are in CARE.
5. CARE pickup MUST be by 5:30 PM.
PLEASE ENSURE:
1. YOUR STUDENT wears closed toe shoes (preferably sneakers). NO CROCS OR SANDALS.
2. YOU SEND an extra change of clothes & underwear for your student. Place in a ziplock bag with their name on it.
3. Report student allergies & medical conditions to the school nurse.
Welcome to Romine ECC Summer School Program. We are excited! Monday,June 2nd:STUDENT ARRIVAL 7:15 AM. ENTER THRU THE MAIN FRONT ENTRANCE & ESCORT YOUR STUDENT TO THEIR CLASSROOM. AUTHORIZED PICKUP FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED IN THE MORNING OR STUDENTS CANNOT STAY. PICK UP TIME IS 2:30 PM.
