The clinic is happening now through July 25th from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Pulaski County Central Health Unit, 3915 West 8th Street. There is no out-of-pocket expense, but please remember to bring your insurance card. If you haven’t had a chance to sign up yet, there’s still time! In preparation, we are hosting registration for our NEW & RETURNING PreK 3 & PreK 4 students on either Wednesday, July 31st OR Thursday, August 1st between the hours of 10 AM & 7 PM at Romine ECC.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Provide a copy of students most recent Physical/Well Child checkup.
2. Provide a copy of students shot record. Immunizations MUST be up to date in order for student to even attend the first day of school.
* Students are not required to attend registration but are definitely welcome.
