We are so proud of our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students who have taken the initiative to apply for leadership roles in our school library as part of their Leader in Me journey! 👏

These incredible students have volunteered their own time to train and take on responsibilities—helping check in books, organizing shelves, assisting Mrs. Miller and their peers, and contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of our library space.

On Monday, one of our wonderful student leaders was invited to the Superintendent Citation Program to be recognized for his hard work and dedication to our summer reading program. Not only did he read this summer and return his reading log at the start of school, he crushed the reading log and did not miss one day of reading while we were out for the summer! The amazing student leaders who took advantage of this cool challenge all won a variety of prizes and had their name entered into a drawing through the district! One of our students had his name pulled last week and he won this amazing bike!!
