Good morning, 4th Grade McDermott Parents: We want to reassure you that the safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority. Yesterday, we were made aware of a threat by a student to harm himself and others from his classmates. The student will face disciplinary action according to the Student Code of Conduct and the law. As always, we encourage students, staff, and families to report any safety concerns so we can address them promptly and proactively. If you have any questions or need further reassurance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your trust and partnership in keeping our school community safe. Sincerely, Pam Dial

Good evening,
We wanted to clarify that there is NO SCHOOL tomorrow. Only 12-month employees should report. Monday was supposed to be a training day for teachers, but will now be a REGULAR school day for all employees and students. We look forward to seeing everyone bright and early on Monday! Stay safe and warm!!

Due to some remaining icy conditions on secondary bus routes - NO School Fri., Feb. 21st; but Cent. Off. Staff should report on a 2-hour delay. Mon., Feb. 24, classes will NOW be IN SESSION instead of PD to support student learning in light of back-to-back closures. Thank you!
