🚨 Traffic Alert for LRSD Families! Please be aware that some bus routes may experience delays this afternoon due to the Razorback game tonight at War Memorial Stadium. We've highlighted the affected routes and schools in the attached graphic. Plan ahead and thank you for your understanding!
Greetings Bale Elementary Parents,
We want to inform you that due to the AR vs. PB game kickoff at 6:30 PM tomorrow, August 29th, and the associated tailgating off Fair Park, some afternoon bus routes may experience delays. The increased traffic is expected to affect routes to and from schools, in close proximity to the game area: 17A. LRSD’s transportation partner is working with drivers to navigate around the congestion, but please anticipate potential delays in the afternoon. This may impact both elementary and secondary schools along those routes. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we manage these traffic challenges.

Just a few reminders:
1. School opens at 7:05 a.m. and students are dismissed beginning at 7:35 a.m. Students should be dressed in uniform and ready to learn.
2. Students are tardy and breakfast ends at 7:45 a.m. and a parent/guardian will need to park and come inside to check in their student.
3. Early check-outs are not permitted after 2:00 p.m.
4. During dismissal, it is imperative that all parents stay inside their cars. We can move the line much faster if all parents stay in their cars and do not walk up to get their students.

1. Thank you for sending your students to school in uniform. Remember that we wear navy, black, or khaki bottoms and blue, white, or gray uniform shirts.
2. Early check-outs end at 2:00 p.m.
3. During car dismissal, please stay in your car. We are working to move the line faster. By staying in your car, it ensures that we move efficiently and our students get home safely.
We appreciate your patience during dismissal and arrival.
4. Breakfast begins at 7:05 a.m. and ends at 7:40 a.m. The tardy bell rings at 7:45 a.m.
