Flyer titled “New: Little Rock School District Game Attendance Guidelines.” The flyer explains procedures designed to keep Little Rock School District athletic events safe, family-friendly, and enjoyable. Student Admission: Little Rock School District high school students attending their home school’s game must present both a Little Rock School District student identification card and a ticket for entry. Students from other kindergarten through twelfth-grade schools, whether inside or outside the Little Rock School District, including elementary, middle, and high school students, must be accompanied by an adult who is twenty-one years of age or older with valid identification. No refunds will be issued for minors attempting to enter without an adult. Game Entry Guidelines: No entry will be permitted after halftime. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals. Ticket sales will close at seven o’clock in the evening on game day or whenever venue capacity is reached, whichever occurs first. This policy is intended to ensure safe crowd management and allow event staff to effectively monitor attendance. Clear Bag Policy: All attendees must follow the Little Rock School District clear bag policy. Permitted bags include one clear plastic, vinyl, or polyvinyl chloride bag no larger than twelve inches by six inches by twelve inches; one clear, one-gallon plastic freezer bag; or one small clutch no larger than four and one-half inches by six and one-half inches for personal items. Medically necessary items are permitted after proper inspection. Phones, cameras, and binoculars may be carried outside of a bag or case. The flyer also shows examples of approved items, including a clear tote, plastic zip-top bag, clutch or small purse, seat cushion, wallet, binoculars without a case, and camera without professional lenses or a case. Non-approved bags include briefcases, backpacks, binocular cases, camera cases, cinch bags, clear backpacks, computer bags, coolers, drawstring bags, fanny packs, luggage, mesh bags, oversized tote bags, tinted plastic bags, and large purses. The flyer concludes: “Thank you for helping us create a safe, family-friendly game day experience!” These measures are designed to provide a safe, supportive environment for all Little Rock School District games.
