Dear ACC Parents and Students,

As we approach the end of the school year, this is a reminder that all assigned YONDR pouches must be returned to ACC on either Thursday or Friday.

Students who do not return their assigned YONDR pouch will be charged a $35 replacement fee.

Additionally, any student who has been issued a school Chromebook must return the Chromebook along with its power cord during this same time period. Students may be charged replacement fees for missing equipment or accessories.

Please ensure that all school-issued items are returned promptly to avoid unnecessary charges.

Dear ACC Parents and Students,

This is an important reminder that all coursework for the current school term must be completed by **4:00 PM on Thursday, May 21st**.

Students are expected to have all courses at **100% completion** by this deadline. Any course that is not fully completed by 4:00 PM on May 21st will **not receive a passing grade**.

Please take time over the next several days to review course progress, complete all remaining assignments, tests, and required activities, and contact teachers immediately if assistance is needed.

We encourage all students to stay focused and finish strong as we close out the school year.

Graduating Seniors Summer School

Announcement & Registration Information

Dates: June 10- July 8, 2026

SENIORS ONLY



Summer School dates will be June 10 to July 8, 2026. Tuition is $100 per half credit, students can only take up to two courses. Tuition is waived for those students who receive free/reduced lunch. If you have not filled out the 2025-2026 meal application, please apply before you submit summer school application and no later than May 20, 2026: https://www.myschoolapps.com/

Seniors will attend their assigned homeschool site ACC students included. Classes will be 90 minutes. First courses will run from 8:00-9:30 am and 9:40-11:10 am if a second course is needed. Lunch will be provided from 11:10 to 11:40 am. You must complete all coursework assigned to be awarded your high school diploma. Transportation Provided via pick-up points.

This is for seniors who are one or less credit short of graduating. Students must be registered before graduation practice to participate in graduation.

Additional Academic Support Available for LRSDVA Students
Dear LRSDVA Parents and Guardians,

We want to remind families that additional academic support is available for students who may need extra assistance completing their required coursework.

Students are welcome to come to Hall High School in Room 807 to work in a supervised classroom environment with a teacher available to assist, encourage, and help motivate them as they complete assignments and stay on track academically.

This support is available for any student who may benefit from:

Extra academic assistance

Help staying focused and motivated

A structured work environment

Guidance with coursework completion

Please note the following important deadlines for graduating seniors:

Students must be within 1 credit of graduation requirements by May 13, 2026, in order to participate in commencement exercises.

All coursework required for graduation must be completed by May 21, 2026.

Dear Parents/Guardians, We are writing to share important information regarding enrollment and graduation requirements for those participating in the LRSD ACC Program. Students who do not complete (graduate from) the ACC program within the same school year in which they initially enrolled will not automatically roll over into the upcoming school year. To remain enrolled in the ACC program, students who have not graduated by the end of the current school year must meet the following requirements: 1. Register and enroll in summer school by May 15 2. Demonstrate academic progress during summer school and successfully complete and pass all enrolled courses Failure to meet these requirements will result in the student being withdrawn from the ACC program and re-enrolled at their home school for the upcoming school year with a traditional schedule. Graduation Requirements Students may participate in May graduation if they meet the following criteria: • Have 1 credit or less remaining by May 13, AND • Are registered for summer school by May 13 (no exceptions) OR Students may participate in Summer graduation if they meet the following criteria: • Have 2 credits or less remaining by May 21, AND • Are registered for summer school by May 13 (no exceptions) Additional Requirements: • All students participating in summer school must have a Free and Reduced Lunch application on file for the current 2025–2026 school year. Otherwise, they will be required to pay for summer school courses. • Students needing 2 or more credits must be registered for summer school by May 15. LRSD schools will be closed for students Mon., Feb. 2, due to icy conditions impacting bus routes. Employees will report to work: non-school. staff - 8:30-4:00; school-based staff 8:30-3:30 p.m. Road conditions will be checked again Mon. & families will be notified about the status of school for Tuesday.

LRSD wants to hear from you! The Little Rock School District is inviting parents, students, staff, and community members to join upcoming community meetings focused on the FY27 budget. These conversations are a chance to learn more about district priorities, ask questions, and share feedback before final decisions are made. The first meeting will be Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 5:30 p.m. at Southwest Community Center (6401 Baseline Rd). The second meeting will be on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 5:30 p.m. at Henderson (401 John Barrow Rd). Both meetings will cover the same information. Come be part of the conversation as we plan responsibly for the future of LRSD.

Due to inclement weather, LRSD schools and offices will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 26-27. LRSD will continue to monitor conditions and roadways and provide an update by Tuesday on the status of schools for the remainder of the week. Enjoy the snow, and stay safe and warm!

We hope that your year is starting off well. We wanted to share our expectations moving forward with regard to progression through coursework at ACC. As a reminder students are to attend in person each day. Further students are expected to complete at least 8-10% of a course each day to be considered on track. Students are able to complete work at home, but test are to be done at school only. I am including a flyer that has this information on it.

Good afternoon ACC parents and students,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you and your students. This week is semester exam week for Hall-West. If your student rides the bus home in the afternoon, they will need to be dismissed at 1:20. ACC will otherwise operate on its regular schedule and dismiss at 4 pm. Your student is welcome to remain, but transportation will not be provided.
