Out of 23 bands, Parkview placed 10th in the 5A division, proudly representing as the only show-style band at the event! 🥁 Parkview is also ranked as the 3rd best marching band in Arkansas Region 1! Mrs. Fudge was honored on Saturday, and her dedication has now placed her as a finalist for the prestigious Arkansas Choral Director of the Year award.

This past Saturday, they competed in the 2024 BEST Robotics Competition, “Low G,” at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. After weeks of hard work, they took home 3rd place awards. They’ll now advance to the Best of Texas Regional Championship!

Election Day wasn’t just for adults this year—LRSD students took part in mock elections and voting activities across several campuses! From choosing student government representatives to casting votes in creative mock elections, our students had hands-on experiences that brought civic engagement to life.
