Keeping Kids Fueled All Summer: LRSD Announces 2026 Summer Meal Sites

The Little Rock School District Child Nutrition Department is once again helping ensure children across the community have access to nutritious meals this summer through its 2026 Seamless Summer Option Program.

Beginning June 1, LRSD will offer free breakfast and lunch to any child ages 18 and younger at multiple school locations across the district. Meals are available at no cost to families, and registration is not required.

Meal service will be available at nine locations throughout Little Rock, including elementary schools, early childhood centers, middle schools, and high schools. Operating dates and serving times vary by location

Participating locations include:

  • Chicot Elementary School

  • Gibbs Elementary School

  • Stephens Elementary School

  • Little Rock Central High School

  • Romine Early Childhood Center

  • Dunbar Middle School

  • Parkview Arts/Science Magnet High School

  • LR Southwest High School

  • Dr. Marian G. Lacey K-8 Academy

All sites will be closed on June 19 and July 2, 3, and 6.

Families are encouraged to visit serving sites at designated meal times, as meals may be served only during scheduled windows.
