21st Century Community Learning Center applications will be submitted on April 13, 2026 to the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education to fund out-of-school time academic and enrichment programming for Little Rock School District students. Applicant agencies and target schools are outlined below.
The Little Rock School District will submit applications for: Chicot Elementary, Dr. Marion G. Lacey K-8 Academy, Mabelvale Elementary, Mabelvale Middle and Watson Elementary.
The City of Little Rock will submit an application for JA Fair K-8 Preparatory School.
Life Skills for Youth will submit an application for Otter Creek Elementary.
Ministry of Intercession/Bridge 2 Success will submit an application for Wakefield Elementary.
