The stage is set, the spotlight is ready, and the talent is undeniable.

The Little Rock School District invites the community to experience Artistry in the Rock 2026: Fine Arts in Motion, a four-day celebration of student performances and artwork that showcases the very best of LRSD’s fine arts programs.

From March 16–19, students from across the District will take center stage at the CALS Main Library on the 5th Floor in the Darragh Center (100 South Rock Street) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each day. The event is free and open to the public, making it the perfect opportunity for families, community members, and arts supporters to see firsthand the creativity thriving in LRSD schools.

Throughout the week, audiences will enjoy an exciting lineup of choir performances, jazz and concert bands, advanced ensembles, percussion groups, dance performances, and student artwork displays. From elementary showstoppers to powerhouse high school performers, Artistry in the Rock highlights the depth and diversity of talent across the District.

Two special evening showcases will add even more energy to the celebration.

On Monday evening (6:00–8:00 p.m.), Administrator and Greek Night will feature Voices Without Borders Off Ensemble and Parkview’s Jazz Band.

On Wednesday evening (6:00–8:00 p.m.), Parent Night will spotlight the LRSD Teacher Band, Hamilton Learning Academy’s Boundless Creative Art Styles – Poetry in Motion, and the Southwest Jazz Band. Attendees will also have the chance to bid on auction items to help fund scholarships for students.

Artistry in the Rock is more than a performance series; it is a reflection of LRSD’s commitment to nurturing creativity, confidence, collaboration, and excellence in the arts.

Mark your calendar, bring a friend, and come celebrate Fine Arts in Motion with LRSD.
