A new Arkansas law (Act 724 of 2025) gives 11th-grade students the ability to choose the college and career readiness assessment that best matches their future plans - whether they want to go to college, join the military, or go straight to work after graduation.
All 11th graders must select which test they want to take.
Students will take the ACT unless they select an alternate CCR assessment. The deadline to choose is Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
