We are needing to know an estimated amount of participants to prepare for the event. Please sign up here: https://lrsd.jotform.com/241264798572064
If you sign up for the 4 to 6 pm block, know that the clinic will close at 6pm. You will need to sign in by 5pm to get a vaccine that day. There will be a gift card drawing for those that show up to the event and get vaccinated. Please bring your vaccination record if from out of the state.
