Students in the Culinary Arts program at Metro Career-Tech Center are preparing to serve up more than just great food—they’re showcasing three years of hard work during a special evening of fine dining.
The dinner, set for Wednesday, April 30, at 5:30 p.m., will feature a 3-course meal fully prepared and served by Metro’s Culinary Arts students. The event serves as the students’ final practicum and offers a real-world catering experience that highlights their growth, creativity, and professionalism.
The program includes students from Central, Parkview, and Southwest High Schools, all of whom have been honing their culinary skills through Metro’s hands-on, career-focused curriculum.
