Coach Chadwick Lewis

The Little Rock School District proudly announces Chadwick Lewis as the newest addition to Little Rock Southwest Magnet High School’s coaching staff, taking the helm as the head football coach. With an impressive 17 years of coaching experience, Lewis has garnered a reputation for his unparalleled leadership, motivational prowess, and dedication to fostering excellence both on and off the field.

Lewis began his career as a middle school assistant, steadily climbing the ranks and demonstrating his commitment to the sport and his ability to inspire those around him. His coaching philosophy centers on building strong relationships with athletes, parents, coaches, and administrators, creating a cohesive and supportive environment where all individuals can thrive.

A highly qualified educator, Lewis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. Armed with a Master of Arts in Math Education from Aurora University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana Tech University, Lewis is equipped with the skills necessary to support the whole student, academically and athletically. Additionally, his certifications in mathematics and business, coupled with his proficiency in various aspects of coaching and fundraising, further solidify his position as a versatile and capable leader.

Lewis's track record of success speaks for itself, with numerous accolades and achievements under his belt. From successfully fundraising to increase football budgets to guiding teams to playoff appearances and state championships, his impact on the programs he's led is undeniable. His commitment to excellence, coupled with his ability to motivate and inspire, makes him the ideal candidate to lead Little Rock Southwest High School's football program to new heights.
