lrsd logo and and Caissa K12 logo, also says recruit, retain students

The Little Rock School District is excited to begin phase two of its strategic partnership with Caissa, a leading educational organization focused on student recruitment and retention. Community members may recall LRSD’s pilot project with Caissa last summer that included phone calls, texts, and surveys, seeking feedback to better meet the needs of families. Caissa implements a diverse range of tools to showcase the assets of the districts with which they work to get students back in classrooms and to keep them there.

In this next phase, which will begin Saturday, families may again expect to receive messages from enrollment specialists on behalf of LRSD:

  • Email blasts and texts will be sent starting Saturday, February 24, 2024 - between 9 a.m. and noon

  • Phone calls will begin Monday-Friday, February 26-March 1, 2024 - 9 a.m.

If parents receive a phone call or text from the following phone numbers and the person indicates he or she is from Caissa, these are legitimate calls and texts:

  • 501-503-3168 (text)

  • 501-512-1656 (text)

  • 501-260-7244 (call)

Additional efforts will include neighborhood in-person, door-to-door canvassing in the coming days. The District will keep the community updated.

Through this continued collaboration, the goal is to strengthen LRSD's efforts to attract and retain students as the District continues working to #ReimagineLRSD
