We want to assure you that we are working closely with our transportation provider First Student to address this challenge swiftly and effectively. First Student has advised us that they are implementing measures to improve performance accountability, which includes a timely response to complaints and plans for strategically optimizing routes to minimize late arrivals in the mornings and afternoons.
