The responsibilities under the supervision and direction of the Chief Deputy Finance and Operations Officer (CDFO) encompass financial planning, accounting functions and support services to the schools and administration. The departments under the direct supervision of the CDFO include: Financial Services, Procurement, Computer Information Services, Instructional Technology, Maintenance & Operations, Child Nutrition, Safety & Security, Grants & Program Development, Athletics and Transportation. As the District's Treasurer, the CDFO oversees and directs the budgets and financial activities of all district funding sources including operating, capital, magnet and federal funds.
