Stephens Arcade is used for incentives and fun activites.  Financial Literacy is crucial for students to set goals and navigate their personal finances effectively. At Stephens Elementary, we take pride in teaching our students about banking concepts.

 Our scholars are doing an outstanding job with earning up to $1.00 per day for demonstrating safe, thoughtful, accountable, and respectful behavior. Students can choose to save their money or buy goods and services in the Starcade.  

Our scholars do an excellent job of integrating the curriculum while working in their leadership roles at the PBIS Bank, Starcade, and Stephens Elementary's Sponsored Events as School Ambassadors, Sales Associates, Cashiers, Game Masters, Safety Patrol Officers, Security Officers, Bank Tellers, Bank Managers, Marketing Specialists, Food Pantry Associates, and Motivational Speakers. Our mission is to prepare Safe, Thoughtful, Accountable, and Respectful lifelong learners while ensuring high levels of learning for all.
