Tiger Academic Support Center (TASC)

Central High's tutoring program, TASC, will begin Tuesday, September 3rd.  This is a free program that students can utilize to receive help in English, Foreign Language, Math, and or Science from classroom teachers. The program meets on the 4th floor of the building.  Free snacks are provided to all who attend.  Students attending MUST bring schoolwork with them and cannot attend unless they have actual work.  If a student needs help in more than one subject, they are allowed to go to whatever subjects they need.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings and afternoons

Times: 7:30 - 8:30, mornings. 4:00 - 5:30, afternoons.  All students must arrive on the 4th floor by 4:10, or they will not be admitted.  Students who have transportation may leave at any time; students riding a TASC bus will leave at 5:30.  (See attached form to request bus transportation.)  Those students needing a bus must commit to staying at least 2 days a week, every week.  If they don't do that, they'll be removed from the bus list.
