The Little Rock School District operates seven 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) sites: Bale Elementary, Carver Magnet Elementary, Chicot Elementary, Hall STEAM Magnet High School (also serves K-8 students from Forest Heights STEM), Mabelvale Elementary, Southwest High School, and Washington Elementary. Each day programs serve between 500 and 600 students.
LRSD 21st CCLC programs provide academic tutoring, enrichment, and positive engagement opportunities for families. Activities are funded through competitive federal grants received from the Arkansas Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. We welcome partners and volunteers to assist us with tutoring, enrichment clubs, and parent engagement events.
