Staff Spotlight:  Each month,  Mrs. Browning recognizes a staff member who has gone above and beyond to make Bale a better place.  This month, we recognize Mr. Phillip Davis!

     P. Davis

Mr. Davis goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to providing support to the staff and students of Bale.  He has missed no days of work for over a month and gives 200% to our Gifted and Talented Program.  He is definately an important member of the Bale team and we are very happy he is here.  You rock, Mr. Davis.

Bobcats of the Month:  Each month,  teachers and staff of Bale Elementary will recognize one student per grade for this prestigious award.  Recipients have proven themselves to be "Masters in ROARing."  Congratulations to this month's winners!

  • Browning A Letter From Principal Browning:

Thank you for visiting Bale Elementary’s website! It is indeed an honor to serve as principal at Bale where every day is a great day for learning.  We have a strong team of teachers and amazingly smart and talented students at Bale.  Although we are living in uniquely uncertain times, we are continuing to advocate for an optimal learning environment for all Bale Bobcats.  Our focus is centered on being resilient in our efforts to carry the torch of building RELATIONSHIPS through a focus on learning, camaraderie, and results-driven collaboration; providing RIGORous and viable curriculum implementation, applying the RELEVANCE of new and previously learned skills, and demonstrate growth through our individual and collective REFLECTION of our practices. We are the torch bearers and must focus our energy on how we each can ignite the torch within our Bobcat family to be CHAMPIONS of lifelong learning.

This school year, our mindset is that of an Olympian. Preparing via laser focused training to rise as a CHAMPION, seeking Olympic Gold. In the Olympics, the five rings represent the continents from which the athletes hail. We are using the rings as a symbol of a Blazing CHAMP. Even though our mascot is the Bobcat, I have requested all of our Bale Family to live as a "Blazing Champion" each day. Show up to Bale as a "Blazing Champion," sharing the blaze with all who come into contact with a Bale Elementary Bobcat.  When the time is appropriate and the pandemic has subsided, we welcome you to visit our school to witness our thriving learning environment.  While here, we invite you to a scavenger hunt of our attributes of a Blazing Bale Champion:

C - Courage to collaborate as a team.

H - Honor our collective commitments to our Bobcats in every decision made.

A - Attitude must be team centered, solutions oriented, student focused, and results driven.

M - Motivation begins with self. Remember your "why" and allow it to inspire your work.

P - Perseverance makes us stronger. Where there's discomfort, there's growth. Have grit and push through!

     Championing Together,

     Roxie Browning, Principal
