Three LRSD seniors were honored on Monday, February 1st at the 6th Annual Tullio Jacuzzi Outstanding High School Seniors Banquet.
These annual awards (trophies, certificates, "book" scholarships) are presented to six seniors (from traditional public as well as parochial high schools within the Pulaski Heights Kiwanis "neighborhood") who have reached extraordinary levels of academic achievement and community service.
The event was held in the second-floor banquet room of U.S. Pizza's Hillcrest location at in Little Rock. John Goss (Pulaski Heights Kiwanis Service Leadership Chair and Missouri-Arkansas Key Leader Chair) spoke on the importance of service leadership in today's business world.
The students in the group shot, from left to right, are Alan Patrick Baltz (Catholic HS for Boys), Alayne Marie Mayo (Hall HS), Kaitlin Marie Smith (Lutheran HS), Kaprisha Fields (Central HS), and Dylan Clifford (Parkview HS). Emily Althoff (Mount St. Mary Academy) was also honored but not present.
