PTSA Dues for 2009-2010
$5 for student membership $10 for adult membership

Checks (payable to Hall High School PTSA) and cash may be given to Lynda Sherrill (Hall High Bookkeeper) in the main office at any time. Checks/cash may be given to Brenda Thomas(Treasurer) at meetings.

Regular PTSA Meetings for 2009-2010
A general membership meeting begins in the Hall High Media Center at 6 p.m. on the second "school" Monday of each month. Meetings usually adjourn at 7 p.m., but there are often committee meetings or informative "break-out sessions" between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Dates for 2009-2010 are: 21 September, 12 October, 9 November, 14 December, 11 January, 8 February, 8 March, 12 April, 10 May.

The PTSA Board (president, 3 vice-presidents, treasurer, secretary, parliamentarian) meets (to set the upcoming agenda) in the Hall High Media Center at 6 p.m. on the Thursday preceding each general membership meeting.
Dates for 2008-2009 Board Meetings are: 17 September, 8 October, 5 November, 10 December, 7 January, 4 February, 4 March, 8 April, 6 May.

No later than the first general membership meeting, the Hall High PTSA must appoint an official PTA Council Delegate; the delegate must be able to attend each Council meeting and then present minutes/reports at the next Hall High PTSA meeting. Council meetings (all on Tuesdays) begin at 11:30 a.m.
Dates and sites for 2009-2010 are: 8 September (St. Mark Baptist Church), 13 October (Parkview HS), 10 November (Jefferson ES), 8 December (Hamilton Alternative Learning Center), 12 January (Pulaski Heights MS), 9 February (Founders' Day Luncheon, Second Presbyterian Church), 9 March (Washington ES), 13 April (McClellan HS), 11 May (Spring Luncheon,TBA).
Mrs. Ellistine Gaddy will serve as the 2009-10 official PTA Council Rep for Hall High's PTSA.
