History: Badgett Elementary was formerly part of the Pulaski County Special School District before 1987. Located in the Fourche Dam community, it was originally named the Earl Frazier School, who served as the principal. In 1926, the school was remodeled and re-named Badgett Elementary School, after the Badgett Township, where it was located. It operated at that location for 37 years. The present building opened in 1964.
