Read the ViPS Newsletter Spring 2010 ViPS was founded in 1972 to provide assistance to teachers and other staff members of the Little Rock School District by promoting school volunteerism. ViPS serves as a link between the District and the community while providing patrons and citizens an opportunity to be significantly involved in the education of children. During the 2009-2010 school year, thousands of volunteers contributed a total of 652,604 hours with an estimated economic worth of $13,215,246.00. You may also complete a volunteer application to begin the process. If you already volunteer, you must register with our new system in order to have access to all online services.
