LRSD Seeks Additional Proposals for Re-purposingTwo Campuses Slated for Closing

April 25, 2017 - The Little Rock School District (LRSD) has decided to re-open the process for soliciting offers to re-purpose Franklin and Woodruff properties. The decision to extend the opportunity for offers is a result of conversations between community members and LRSD, as well as the administration's knowledge of timelines that allow the District greater flexibility in re-purposing the sites. LRSD will accept new proposals and will continue to consider proposals that have already been submitted. LRSD will not consider any current or future recommendations to continue to operate the buildings as public schools.

Proposal requirements for any new offers may be requested from Darral Paradis, Director of Procurement: Any new or revised proposals must be submitted by 2:00 PM, June 16, 2017. The District will host community meetings after the June 16 deadline.
