LRSD Seeks Proposals for Repurposing Franklin and Woodruff Campuses
February 28, 2017 - The Little Rock School District (LRSD) is fulfilling a commitment to seek proposals for the repurposing of its Franklin and Woodruff campuses. In an effort to ensure that time is given to all parties that may be interested in submitting a proposal for the future use of these sites, the LRSD is issuing an Invitation for Submission of Interest for Redeployment of the properties.
- The Franklin Campus: Comprises 10 acres at 1701 S Harrison Street and has an approximate 68,053 SF single-story building, 50 parking spaces, and related improvements. This property site at the NE Corner of 18th Street and Harrison has over 600 feet of frontage on each street.
- The Woodruff Campus: Comprises 1.9 acres at 3010 W 7th Street and has an approximate 38,000 SF three-story building, off-street parking for approximately 39 vehicles, and related improvements. This property is bounded by 6th, Booker, 7th, and Johnson streets.
